M-1 Piercing and Patination: Silhouette Metal Jewelry

Student Tool Kit $75.00

In this 5-session workshop, students will learn fundamental jewelry & metal-working skills (sawing, piercing, filing, sanding and patination) as they create elegant jewelry based on the concept of silhouettes. This course will result in at least one piece of finished jewelry (pendants or earrings), provide the knowledge necessary for students to continue making metal jewelry on their own, and can serve as a foundation for further jewelry & metals classes.

A tool kit can be resold back to MCAC if you do not wish to keep it at the end of the course.

If you have taken Nisa’s Collage Jewelry course previously, you will not need to purchase the entire kit.
