With the Governor's public gathering plan now in place we and our partners have no option but to cancel this year's on-site Sugar Creek Arts Festival. We are saddened by this action, but we all must ensure the health and safety for our community.

In its place we will present a one-day virtual event on Saturday, July 11, with an elaborated website, streaming musical performances, and direct links to participating artist's websites. Artist webpages will be available for a minimum of one month.

Some of these artists will present virtual demonstrations and studio visits.

Participating artists will submit their images to MCAC staff to upload and set up.

Images and video will all need to be submitted by June 23.

All sales are directly from the artists, so you will need to consider your delivery costs. You retain all sales dollars.

While nothing can replace the in-person activities of a summer festival, we hope to create some excitement and support for our artists without the burden of sunscreen.

Mission Statement: We encourage and promote the appreciation, study, cultivation, development, and practice of art for the benefit of all the people, cultures and communities of McLean County.
