Highlights on the wheel will be learning how to make bottle necks and enclosed forms to make jars and vases. We will build big by handbuilding slump molds and coil forms, and create sculptures from our practice throwing pieces.

Class size is limited to nine to allow for individual instruction time. Student work is fired on-site. by our ceramic studio assistant, allowing everyone to take home at least 4 finished works- vase, jar, sculpture, altered thrown forms and more

Included in the fee: A shelf, kiln firing, 10 lbs. of clay, tools, and glazes and access to open studio hours.
