Students will learn the ancient Japanese art of Shibori resist-dye. More intricate and detailed than modern tie dye, Shibori is a Japanese technique that uses string and other folding methods. Instructor Nikki Wheeler will demonstrate various techniques and each student will create a colorful and unique tie-dyed cotton scarf. This workshop is great for students age 16 and up.
