It’s time to learn needle felting! Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool with special barbed needles. Stabbing the wool over and over again meshes the wool fibers together, creating a firm, textile object. Needle felting is an ideal craft, because it has a quick learning curve, requires minimal supplies and can be done almost anywhere. In this two session intensive, MCAC Instructor Heather Evert will go over all the basics. Week one she will teach you how to create flat work (landscapes, geometrics or abstract colorwork) and Week two she will go into detail of creating 3D figures like little people and animals.
This two session intensive is for beginners and is great for adults and teens.
*The fee includes all materials and instruction.
