    **DO NOT FORGET** to apply for the festival using the Entry Thingy application tool.

    What comes next?

    Notifications will be sent by email on March 30, 2019. Accepted artists will receive a link (and code) to pay for booth space on March 31, 2019

    Artists are encouraged to finalize selections promptly. Premium booths and booths including early set-up generally sell out within 48 hours. Artists may view booth options, but may not pay for booth spaces prior to March 31, 2019.

**APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 10th, 2020**

Application Procedure (Two Steps):

Step 1: Submit digital images of three representative works through the entry thingy portal. 

Step 2: Pay the $25 application fee by completing this registration form.

What comes next?

Notifications will be sent by email on May 1st, 2020. Accepted artists will receive a link (and code) to pay for booth space. 

Artists are encouraged to finalize selections promptly. Premium booths and booths including early set-up generally sell out within 48 hours. Artists may view booth options, but may not pay for booth spaces prior to May 1st, 2020 at noon central time.


2020 Festival Timeline

Applications are Due: Friday, April 10, 2020

Notification Date: Wednesday, May 1st, 2020

Festival Dates: Saturday, July 11 and Sunday July 12, 2020

Booth Fee Deadline: May 21, 2020

Refund deadline: June 11, 2020

Event Dates: Saturday July 11 & Sunday July 12, 2020
