Join us on Friday, February 15th for a special Valentine's wheel class instructed by Erin Furimsky. If Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore can do it, so can you! Enjoy a romantic and fun evening at the McLean County Art Center learning to throw together on the potter’s wheel. Enjoy two and a half hours of throwing pottery on the wheel with your special someone. Bring a bottle of wine to enjoy while you throw your pieces. No experience necessary! This special session includes materials, firing, and instruction along with some sweet treats to enjoy. You'll each spend time building or throwing and then choose up to two pieces to be fired. Decorate your work with underglaze when you are done throwing. When the work is dry, we'll fire it, put a clear glaze on the pieces and fire again.
