Program

Please join us virtually on September 17  from 6-8 PM  to support our mission of community building through the arts! We encourage and promote the appreciation, study, cultivation, development, and practice of the Arts in McLean County. An independent 501(C)3 non-profit organization, we are the arts agency for McLean County.

Take part in our fine art auction and raffle, view a special keynote presentation on the Architecture & History of our building, learn more about how we serve our community. We invite you  join us and our commitment through membership, or become a fund-a-need supporter and stand out in the community as a supporter of the arts!

You may register NOW to become a bidder in our silent auction and prevent entering your information during open bidding. You will be able to bid remotely from your phone, tablet, or lap-top! Choose to receive LIVE AUCTION updates to your cell-phone or email. (You may also wait and register to bid at anytime during the auction if you would like!) Items will be available for pickup at McLean County Arts Center or contact us to make other arrangements.

***Silent Auction Bidding will open at 12:01 AM on September 10th, one week prior to our special event evening on September 17th.  Bidding will Close at 7:00 PM Sharp on September 17th when all winners will be notified!  Buy now options may be available for some items.***

History & Architectural Keynote Presentation featuring:

  • Keynote speakers - Architect, Russel Francois and historian, Bill Kemp.
  • History & Photography of the former church designed by famed local architect Arthur Pillsbury.
  • An over view of the 111 year old buildings journey from a former church to the beautiful McLean County Arts Center building.

Fund-A-Need Sponsorship Support options:

The arts center will be the recipient of a grant from the state.  Your gift will allow us to fulfill our matching fund requirements for this grant. 

Designated areas of need are:

  • Pillsbury Preservationist - Fund repairs to prolong the life of this historic and architecturally significant community treasure.        Estimated Cost: $26,400.00

  ​

  •  Educational Enthusiast - Demand for our educational programs requires reconfiguration, renovation, and repair of the existing classroom and studio space. As a part of this, a library area will be created to house the recently acquired Harold Gregor book Collection. Estimated Cost$27,000

  ​

  • Landscape Steward - Years of unfettered natural chaos have taken their toll on our grounds.  Needs include landscaping for the historic building, repair of the retaining wall, as well as expansion and resurfacing of parking lots.  Estimated Cost$46,000
