Polymer Clay Sculpture

Ages 5-12

PARENT MUST ACCOMPANY CHILD!

Saturday, February 10, 2018

2:30 - 3:30 PM

Instructor Erin Furimsky will introduce youth participants to polymer clay - a soft crafting material for making tiny sculptures, charms, and wearable art! Both little and big kids enjoy stretching their creativity with polymer clay.

Project ideas include animals, flowers, or tiny adorable foods. Kids will even have the option to turn their pieces into wearable pendants. Please note, projects must be baked in an oven at home.

Project examples created by youth artist Nicte Rivadeneyra-Braswell.

**This workshop will take place at the Normal Public Library.**

Mission Statement: We encourage and promote the appreciation, study, cultivation, development, and practice of art for the benefit of all the people, cultures and communities of McLean County.
