Rhea Edge.

The McLean County Arts Center presents Rhea Edge’s painting exhibition in the Brandt Gallery September 8- October 21, 2017. The free and public Opening Reception will be on Friday, September 8, 5 - 7 pm 

Rhea Edge is passionate about art making, activism, and environmental conservation. Through her painting, drawing, and printmaking, she educates as well as inspires. Edge has traveled the world extensively to study natural habitation of species informing her artistic practice and bringing the beauty of the world to her audience.

Edge is a Professor as well as Chair of Fine and Performing Arts at Eureka College. She earned her BS, MS, and MFA from Illinois State University, Normal.

The McLean County Arts Center is located at 601 N. East Street in downtown Bloomington. Arts Center hours are Tuesday, 10am- 7pm; Wednesday-Friday, 10am-5pm; and Saturday, noon-4pm; Sunday and Monday, closed.
